Government Description
Surgical scrub services. Provides all resources necessary to install and maintain four automated scrub dispensing machines and eight automated return units, as well as all scrub rentals, including a loss/replacement program, laundering, and restocking of dispensers throughout the Lebanon VA medical center. Services include installation, programming, stocking, and maintenance of the dispensing machines and return units, management of an automated dispensing and scrub rental program, tracking weekly garment usage via an electronic monitoring system with reporting, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards during laundering. The contractor also provides hygienically clean scrubs that are individually folded and packaged, and manages delivery of scrubs three times a week.
