Laundry & linen services provided for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS). The contractor furnishes all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, supplies, linens, textiles, and supervision necessary to provide laundry services, including pickup and delivery, at the university drive hospital, university drive fisher house, and H.J. Heinz delafield road campus in pittsburgh, PA. All functions, tasks, and responsibilities inherent to a hospital laundry facility are included, with a system of records established to control, account, and report work performed. Twenty-four hour turn-around laundry service is required at specified locations.
