Government Description
NX Eq Endoscope Drying and Storage Cabinets-Vertical. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Is Procuring Vertical Endoscope Drying and Storage Cabinets Under the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Non-Expendable Equipment (NX) national program to enhance patient care and reduce infection risks by removing moisture from endoscopes and providing controlled storage. The cabinets supplied must meet specific salient characteristics, including construction from stainless steel, polypropylene, or acrylic, use of hepa-filtered air for cabinet circulation and channel purging, and compatibility with main units and additional units to expand scope capacity. Cabinets must also feature tracking systems for endoscope hang time, include accessories such as hangers and tubing SETS, and come with a minimum one-year warranty.
