CONNECTED CARE INTEGRATED NETWORK (CCIN). WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS AWARD INCLUDES ARCHITECTURE AND APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, ANNUAL CELLULAR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE FOR IPADS, DATA PLANS AND SERVICES FOR STAFF TABLETS, HELP DESK SUPPORT, PRODUCT ORDERING, INVENTORY, AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SUPPORT, AND DESTRUCTION OF UNUSABLE IPADS. ADDITIONAL TASKS INVOLVE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF VR HEADSETS, SOFTWARE LICENSES (SUCH AS CIRRUSMD AND SOMNOWARE), PATIENT VIDEO TABLET DATA MAINTENANCE SUPPORT (PVT-DMS), TELEHEALTH PERIPHERALS FOR VETERANS, AND ANALYTICS SOFTWARE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION. THE AWARD ALSO COVERS MAINTENANCE AND SOFTWARE FOR GLOBALMED, CISCO ANNUAL MAINTENANCE, AND THE TELE-EYE VIRTUAL EXAM SERVICE (TEVES) SYSTEM.
