Philips north america, llc provides Intellispace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA) Clinical Information System (CIS) and compurecord Anesthesia Record Keeping System (ARK) software and device interface support as a follow-on to BPA VA119-17-A-0192. Includes ongoing maintenance and support of ICCA and ARK systems, such as software updates, upgrades, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical support, database administration support, and training. Additional tasks performed include annual ARK base support, software licensing and license renewal, preventive maintenance and repairs, and site-specific service agreements for various VA medical centers (VAMCS). The support ensures continued functionality and operations of critical care and anesthesia information systems across multiple VA healthcare facilities.
