Government Description
CIS and ARK. This award provides ongoing support for Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and Anesthesia Record Keeping (ARK), including maintenance of software and hardware, software updates and upgrades, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical support, database administration, analytics solutions, implementation and upgrade to picis 10, and training for clinical applications and electronic health records. Services also include support for HL7 fast healthcare interoperability resource integration, development of analytics reports, and provision of picis licenses. The work covers maintenance and support for multiple VA medical centers and health care systems.
