Community care network region 4 provides a comprehensive network of healthcare services for veterans in region 4. Work performed includes identification of high-performing providers, implementation of art/ivf pharmacy and transplant services, addition of reporting pharmacy support, and integration of new cdt dental codes. The contract also covers provider profile management, urgent care, claims and appeals processing, credentialing and accreditation, out-of-region provider access, telehealth services for ketogenic diabetes, and the inclusion of pacific islands into the service area.
