Provides a sterile processing–Instrument Tracking System (ITS) for veterans health administration medical centers, including project management, installation and configuration of ITS, integration with VA systems, training, disaster recovery capabilities, site assessment, server support, and annual maintenance support and licenses. The work includes acquiring necessary hardware components and software licenses, ensuring compliance with VA security standards, and providing ongoing technical support.
