Provides maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the vakn digital satellite downlink network, supporting approximately 200 antennas at VA facilities nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Tasks include routine maintenance, onsite service, installation of antennas and roof mount frames, equipment management, phone support, and system integration updates for the distribution of VA1 and Veteran News Network (VNN) channels to VA medical centers (VAMCS) and community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS).
