CONTRACT FOR PROTECTIVE SECURITY SERVICES AT SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA) HEADQUARTERS (HQ) COMPLEX LOCATED IN WOODLAWN, MD. PROVIDES ARMED PROTECTIVE SECURITY SERVICES TO SAFEGUARD LIFE AND PROPERTY AT THE SSA HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX, INCLUDING THE MAIN COMPLEX, NATIONAL COMPUTER CENTER, AND SECURITY WEST BUILDING. INCLUDES PROVIDING MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, LABOR, TRAINING, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND ALL NECESSARY ITEMS TO MEET OR EXCEED FPS MINIMUM STANDARDS, AS WELL AS SUPPORTING SSA’S MISSION BY MAINTAINING A SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR CITIZENS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. THE CONTRACT ALSO COVERS A NINETY-DAY TRANSITION PERIOD FOR GUARD SERVICES AT THREE LOCATIONS.
