Government Description
Region 9-2 Verbatim Hearing Recorder (VHR) services. Under this contract, qualified and trained vhrs assist administrative law judges (ALJS) with administrative aspects of conducting hearings, including digitally recording hearings at SSA Office of Hearings Operations (OHO) sites in northern California and Nevada. Vhrs are responsible for preparing hearing rooms, operating government-furnished recording equipment, conducting test recordings, and connecting all Participants To Each Hearing Using Information From the E5H Report and MS Teams Meeting Links. Services Include Digital Recording for Disability Hearings at Hearing Offices (HOS), Permanent Remote Sites (PRSS), Satellite Offices (SOS), and Centralized Online Video (COV) sites throughout region 9-2.
