Hearings under this contract will be conducted by SSA's oho at hos, prss, and cov sites in region 5, which encompasses Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Provides qualified and trained verbatim hearing recorders (VHRS) to assist the alj with administrative aspects of conducting hearings, including digitally recording disability hearings. VHRS prepare the hearing room, set up and test government-furnished recording equipment, connect participants, and ensure proper operation of all equipment prior to each hearing.
