Government Description
Human resources information technology modernization. The contractor will deliver and sustain a fedramp moderate or higher certified core Human Capital Management (HCM) platform serving as the system of record for approximately 2 million executive branch civilian employees. Tasks include implementing functionalities such as position management, employee engagement, talent development, compensation and benefits management, human capital analytics, and personnel action request processing; planning and executing agency-specific transition activities; maintaining active licenses and providing operational support; developing strategies for accurate data migration; conducting user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with federal regulations; implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans; and continuously monitoring system performance metrics.
