Includes project study, site assessments, layout and audience flow planning, risk assessments, security coordination, technical documentation, securing permits, guest registration, catering concepts, and event visual identity design. Core services cover vip receptions, outdoor event production, stage and audio-visual systems, live performances, guest services, security, medical coordination, traffic and sanitation planning, post-event restoration, and optional enhancements such as artist services, lighting design, drone shows, fireworks, food trucks, led screens, and video mapping.
