Supports the Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) initiative, including the design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Operation, And Maintenance Of the Consularone System for The Department of State (DOS), bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). Provides technology solutions to modernize and consolidate consular services, supports application software for consular users worldwide, and delivers services such as data analytics, predictive analytics, and crisis management service support. The contractor also serves as prime integrator, ensuring the integration of multiple development streams and teams to achieve the objectives of the consularone program.
