VEHICLE INSURANCE CONTRACT FOR THE US EMBASSY IN JERUSALEM. IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE CELLULAR TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR THE US EMBASSY IN JERUSALEM AND ITS AFFILIATED OFFICES THROUGHOUT ISRAEL, THE WEST BANK, AND GAZA. SERVICES INCLUDE MOBILE TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT, CALLS AND DATA WITHIN ISRAEL, INTERNATIONAL CALLS AND ROAMING, SMS MESSAGING, VOICE MAIL, 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DETAILED BILLING. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING HIGH-QUALITY CONNECTIONS, ENSURING AT LEAST 90% LOCAL NETWORK COVERAGE, UTILIZING 5G TECHNOLOGY WHERE AVAILABLE, AND PROVIDING SEAMLESS CONNECTIVITY FOR EMBASSY PERSONNEL IN ALL DESIGNATED AREAS.
