Government Description
Criminal Justice Expertise Program Blanket Purchase Agreement (CJEP) provides subject-matter expertise to support the bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in developing law enforcement and judicial capabilities of foreign governments and organizations. Under this BPA, work includes maintaining a database of qualified subject-matter experts (SMES), delivering technical advisory services, training, and project package development in areas such as law enforcement, criminal justice, corrections, and cross-cutting issues like gender bias, transnational crime, and forensic advisory support. CJEP tasks have included justice assessments, legal assessments, advisory services, training and instructional design, corrections training, vehicle fleet assessments, SOP drafting for prisons, maritime security development, budget support, construction engineering, educational advisory services, and women in leadership training for INL sections worldwide. The program also supports the development and implementation of standardized project packages and provides program management and support services for INL domestic and overseas operations.
