Afd: towing, appraisal, storage, maintenance and disposal services for seized and/or forfeited vehicles for the northern, eastern and western districts of Texas and Oklahoma. Includes relocating, appraising, storing, maintaining, and disposing of seized and/or forfeited vehicles for the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in the northern, eastern, and western districts of Texas and Oklahoma, as well as the northern, eastern, and western districts of Oklahoma. Services may be provided to the general public as a customary business practice and may include indoor and outdoor storage, vehicle maintenance to preserve condition, recordkeeping of maintenance performed, segregation of USMS vehicles, and auctioneer services for vehicle disposal. Towing and storage capabilities may cover small, medium, large vehicles, and tractor trailers, with facilities required to be secure and able to properly identify USMS vehicles.
