TECAN PM AND REPAIR SERVICES. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES PROVIDED FOR NINETEEN TECAN ROBOTIC WORKSTATIONS USED BY THE FBI LABORATORY DIVISION, INCLUDING THE FREEDOM EVO 150, FREEDOM EVO 200, FLUENT 480, AND FLUENT 780. SERVICES INCLUDE HARDWARE, FIRMWARE, AND SOFTWARE UPDATES, AS WELL AS ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ACCREDITATION AND FBI QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARDS. ALL WORK IS PERFORMED BY CERTIFIED TECAN U.S. PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN WARRANTIES AND PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE EQUIPMENT.
