Government Description
Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services provided within the city limits of Houston, Texas (harris county) for male and female offenders, along with Home Confinement (HC) services within 150 miles of the RRC facility. These services are delivered in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work (SOW) entitled 'residential reentry center, march 2022,' with home confinement programs specifically defined in chapter 10 of the SOW. The RRC requirement includes a guaranteed minimum of 76 beds (68 males and 8 females) and an estimated maximum of 190 beds (170 males and 20 females), while the home confinement requirement includes a guaranteed minimum of 60 placements and an estimated maximum of 153 placements for both male and female offenders.
