To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services in the garden grove city area, within orange county, California, with a home confinement radius within 75 miles of the RRC facility. Services include both in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes. The work encompasses guaranteed and estimated maximum placements for both RRC beds and home confinement, in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work (SOW) entitled 'residential reentry center, march, 2022.'
