To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located in monroe, Louisiana and home confinement services within 150 miles of the RRC facility in accordance with solicitation 15BRRC22R00000029. Services include in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes within the city limits of monroe, LA. The RRC requirement consists of a maximum of 41 beds (31 for males, 10 for females) and the home confinement requirement consists of a maximum of 21 placements for both males and females.
