To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located in del rio, Texas and home confinement services within 100 miles of the RRC facility in accordance with solicitation 15BRRC22R00000010. Includes providing in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes, with a maximum of 44 RRC beds (36 for males and 8 for females) and up to 28 home confinement placements. Both RRC and home confinement services are interconnected to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.
