To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located within the city limits of bridgeton, New Jersey, and home confinement services within 100 radius miles of the RRC facility. Services include in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes. Both RRC and home confinement services provided in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work, with a guaranteed minimum and estimated maximum number of beds and placements for both males and females.
