To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located within the boundaries of clay county, Kentucky and home confinement radius within the eastern judicial district of Kentucky. Services include in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders, with a maximum of 42 in-house beds (34 for males and 8 for females) and up to 44 home confinement placements. The work includes the provision of tracktech GPS monitoring at no additional cost.
