To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for federal offenders located within the city limits of Houston, TX, with the radius for home confinement placements within 150 miles of the facility. Services include in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for both male and female offenders in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work. The RRC in-house requirement consists of a 165-BED facility (148 designated male/17 designated female), and the home confinement requirement consists of 62 placements for both male and female offenders. These services are interconnected to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.
