To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and home confinement services (within 100 miles of the facility), for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes. Includes operating a 35-BED RRC facility (28 beds for males, 7 beds for females) within the city limits of manchester, NH, and providing 15 home confinement placements for both male and female offenders. Both RRC and home confinement services are delivered in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work entitled 'residential reentry center' dated april 2017, ensuring adequate programming and case management of offenders.
