Government Description
Provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for federal offenders within the city limits of oakland, California, with home confinements provided within a 50 mile radius. RRC services include in-house beds for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes, and HC services consist of home confinement placements for eligible offenders, both in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work. The work supports programming and case management of offenders, with estimated quantities for both in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements specified for each year of the contract.
