Government Description
To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located in memphis, Tennessee. Includes providing both in-house RRC beds and home confinement services for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes within the city limits of memphis. Services must be in accordance with the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work entitled, "residential reentry center, april 2017," and include a guaranteed minimum and estimated maximum number of beds and home confinement placements for both males and females. Home confinement placements are required to be within a 100-MILE radius of the facility, and both RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements are interconnected to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.
