Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SU) and Mental Health (MH) services in harrisburg, PA. Provides community-based outpatient SU and MH treatment services to male and female adults in custody (AICS) in community placement, including those residing in a Residential Reentry Center (RRC), on home confinement, on federal location monitoring, or reporting to a day reporting center. Services include SU and MH intake screening, assessment and reporting, individual and group counseling, treatment planning and follow-up, co-occurring intake assessment, relationship and parenting counseling, psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, and MH medication monitoring, all delivered by independently licensed clinicians within a ten-mile radius of harrisburg city hall and accessible to public transportation.
