Services performed within a 10-MILE radius of memphis city hall include substance use disorder treatment planning and follow-up, intake screening, individual and group counseling, intake assessments and reports, co-occurring intake assessment, relationship and parenting counseling; mental health treatment planning and follow-up, intake screening, intake assessment and report, psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, relationship and parenting counseling, administration of medication and medication monitoring; and sex offender treatment planning and follow-up, intake assessment and report, intake screening, individual and group counseling, and relationship and parenting counseling.
