Substance use, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services provided in tucson, AZ. Includes community-based outpatient services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-Entry Center (RRC) and on home confinement, covering substance use intake screening, individual and group counseling, dual diagnosis assessments, family counseling, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) follow-up and psychiatric evaluations, mental health intake and crisis intervention, case management, medication administration and monitoring, as well as sex offender intake, individual, group, and family counseling. All services are delivered by clinicians licensed to practice independently in Arizona, and must be accessible within a 10 mile radius of tucson city hall and within .5 miles of a bus stop to ensure inmate accountability and accessibility.
