IDIQ A/E procurement - jc chang. This contract provides Architect-Engineer (A/E) services in support of the federal Bureau of Prisons’ facilities program at various institutions in the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Work performed includes architectural, engineering, construction, and related services for existing institutions, including projects such as replacement of bas and plc systems, assessment and demolition planning, construction management, environmental site assessments, environmental impact studies, habitat management, preparation of highway access permits, repair and replacement of electrical infrastructure, cost estimating, environmental mitigation, design of new utility services, structural wall repairs, and facility assessments.
