Government Description
Indefinite delivery and quantity (IDIQ) contract for hydrological equipment for the USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility (HIF). This contract provides for the procurement and repair of hydrologic instruments and equipment, including commercial items essential for the USGS national stream gaging network. The equipment must meet rigorous accuracy requirements, operate in demanding field conditions, and be interoperable with existing network infrastructure, including integration with SDI-12 protocol for environmental sensors and data acquisition systems. All new equipment must be built and calibrated to match existing specifications to ensure continuity and comparability of long-term data SETS.
