This award is for a firm fixed price commercial services contract for vessel charter supporting conservation projects in the northwestern hawaiian islands (papahanaumokuakea marine national monument, pmnm) and central pacific (pacific islands heritage marine national monument, pihmnm), for US fish and wildlife service use. Includes providing a vessel with an experienced captain and crew capable of operating in open ocean and adverse sea conditions, maintaining a minimum cruising speed of 8 knots, and operating for at least 21 days at sea. The vessel must also provide a soft-hulled/inflatable skiff for shore transport, deck and dry storage for scientific gear, accommodations for up to 12 passengers, potable water supply, adequate sanitation facilities, ventilated workspaces, and compliance with waste management and discharge regulations within special preservation areas.
