Government Description
The bureau of safety and environmental enforcement is hereby executing a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for project management and oversight services for well decommissioning in the U.S. Outer continental shelf. Includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for project management and oversight of well decommissioning in areas such as the matagorda island lease areas, as well as initial platform inspections in the West Delta (WD) and High Island (HI) areas. Additional services include project management and oversight for make safe, diagnostics, and temporary abandonment operations at the west delta 117H and high island A589 platforms, and assisting bsee with the development of independent government cost estimates (IGCES) for orphaned decommissioning projects in the gulf of Mexico, U.S. OCS areas.
