Includes delivering high-quality third-party neutral mediators, facilitators, executive and leadership coaches, trainers, curriculum designers, and other conflict management professionals. Key tasks involve facilitation and process design, evaluation services, mediation, leadership and executive coaching, training and curriculum development, and providing subject matter expertise related to collaboration or conflict management processes. Services may be performed at any of the 1,900 DOI locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories, and freely associated states.
