Government Description
Eo 14398 - exclusive use type III helicopter flight services in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) at whiteriver, Arizona. Provides fully operated and maintained helicopter flight services, including a helicopter, personnel, fuel servicing vehicle, fuel, and all associated equipment to support government natural resource missions. Services include fire suppression, fire monitoring, initial attack, prescribed fire and aerial ignition, law enforcement surveillance and reconnaissance, and other administrative and related resource activities. The aircraft will be under the exclusive use and control of the BIA at whiteriver and window rock, Arizona, and must meet FAA part 133, 135, and 137 certification requirements and minimum helicopter specifications.
