Exclusive use Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) aircraft flight services in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) at bemidji, Minnesota. Provides fully operated and maintained SEAT flight services, including aircraft, personnel, fuel, maintenance support, and all associated equipment as specified in the technical requirements. Services include water or retardant application for fire suppression operations directed by the BIA, with compliance to minimum aircraft requirements such as airworthiness certification, minimum 1600 shp, tank capacity of 799 US gallons, minimum payload of 6,900 pounds, operational endurance of at least 1.5 hours at 75% power, and installation of iab approved gates.
