The department of interior (DOI), interior business center, acquisition services directorate intends to negotiate a sole source blanket purchase agreement with freefly systems inc. For the freefly alta X, astro max UAS, any future freefly UAS and prototypes. The agreement also covers other payloads and accessories, including batteries, chargers, future ground control stations, tablets, and payloads needed for DOI operations. The freefly alta X and astro max UAS meet or exceed Office of Aviation Services (OAS) standards for UAS under 55 lbs max takeoff weight and support multiple payloads, including the ignis 2.
