Exclusive use fixed wing single engine scooper services in support of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Aviation Fire Service (AFS) at Fort Wainwright, fairbanks, Alaska. Provides four single-engine, amphibious water scooping aircraft to support fire suppression missions, including the capability to scoop water from lakes or rivers and operate from paved or gravel runways in remote locations. Each aircraft is operated by qualified seat pilots and supported by on-site mechanics, meeting specific airworthiness and performance requirements as outlined in the solicitation.
