Overview
Government Description
The intent of this contract is to obtain fully contractor-operated and maintained commercial aviation services in support of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for the transportation of personnel, goods, and cargo between honolulu, Hawaii (PHNL) and two national wildlife refuges on midway atoll (PMDY) and palmyra atoll (PLPA). Contractor services include the provision of airplanes, pilots, fuel, aircraft maintenance support, and all other associated equipment, with exclusive use of long-range, multi-engine, jet aircraft such as the dassault falcon 50. The contract covers point-to-point flights between honolulu, midway atoll, and palmyra atoll, as well as roundtrip flights to wake atoll, to support USFWS missions at these locations.
