Government Description
On-call (OC) fixed-wing flight services to support the U.S. Navy ship weapon system Test and Evaluation (T&E) program, in support of NAVSEA. Provides fully contractor operated and maintained on-call fixed wing flight services, including missions such as aerial surveillance, reconnaissance and/or clearance, tactical datalink, data and communications relay, and air transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies in support of weapon systems and sensors test and trials. All aircraft and equipment must meet FAA approval and inspection requirements, and contractors must maintain the appropriate airworthiness certificate, FAA part 135 certificate, and other required certifications.
