Eu helicopter flight services, grand canyon national park, AZ. This award provides two fully contractor-operated and maintained exclusive use helicopters to transport personnel and/or cargo in support of government fire suppression and human external load short haul/rappel rescue missions at grand canyon national park. Missions include fire suppression, fire monitoring, initial attack, prescribed fire, aerial ignition, rappel Short-Haul Rescue, Law Enforcement Activities For Non-Life-Threatening Surveillance, Reconnaissance, Search-And-Rescue (SAR), and other administrative or resource activities as directed. The base of operations is the south rim helibase, with potential operations from alternate bases as needed.
