Government Description
Earth Prediction Innovation Center (EPIC) requirements for advancing weather modeling skill, reclaiming and maintaining international leadership in the area of numerical weather prediction, and improving the transition of research into operations. The contractor will provide all services identified in the IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS) and individual task orders, including advancing NOAA/oar/EPIC requirements for weather modeling, maintaining international leadership in numerical weather prediction, and enhancing the transition of research into operational applications. Additional tasks include providing other direct costs (ODCS) such as travel, supplies, it equipment, and other materials necessary for performance, ensuring effective management of task orders, maintaining foundational EPIC capabilities, and developing innovative solutions for ufs integration.
