SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED. WORK UNDER THIS AWARD INCLUDES BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE PACIFIC MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY (PMEL); OBSERVING SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, BUOY DEVELOPMENT, PROJECT SUPPORT, AND MARINE INSTRUMENTATION PROGRAMMING FOR THE GREAT LAKES ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH LABORATORY (GLERL); PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE CHEMICAL SCIENCES LABORATORY AND GLOBAL MONITORING LABORATORY; AND ADMINISTRATIVE, PROGRAM, AND EMPLOYEE SERVICES SUPPORT FOR THE OFFICE OF OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC RESEARCH (OAR) FRONT OFFICE, CFO-CAO, AND THE EARTH SYSTEMS RESEARCH LABORATORY. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE SUPPORT FOR NOAA'S OCEANIC EXPLORATION RESEARCH OFFICE, THE OCEAN RESEARCH ADVISORY PANEL (ORAP), THE QUANTITATIVE OBSERVING SYSTEM ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (QOSAP), AND THE WEATHER PROGRAM OFFICE (WPO), AS WELL AS AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE ENGINEERING AND FIELD TECHNICIAN SERVICES FOR GLERL. THE CONTRACT ALSO COVERS OUTREACH COORDINATION FOR THE TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM OFFICE (TPO), PROJECT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR GLERL, AND SBIR REGIONAL INNOVATION AND PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATION.
