Supports NOAA's fleet recapitalization plan by procuring government-owned and operated Uncrewed Maritime Systems (UMS) for new class B vessels and other NOAA ships as needed. Includes production, testing, and delivery of remote and semi-autonomous ums craft, provision of platform data licenses, integrated control interface and communications, special equipment for launch, recovery, and stowage, shipping and storage containers, local movement equipment, test and trials support, integrated logistics support, vendor recommended spares, engineering and software modifications, special studies and documentation, and resources for transportation and shipping.
