This award includes the procurement of vaisala RS41-NG (403 MHZ) radiosondes for use in the Manual Radiosonde Observing System (MROS), supporting meteorological measurements and observations. Non-availability waivers for the vaisala RS41-NG radiosondes have been reviewed and determined consistent with policy by OMB. The radiosondes are utilized as meteorological instruments for the national weather service.
