Government Description
NOAA/omao/AOC, meteorological mini-dropwindsonde (NRD41) Instruments. The Contractor Is Required To Deliver Meteorological Mini-Dropwindsonde (NRD41) instruments to the NOAA office of marine and aviation operations, Aircraft Operations Center (AOC). The first article must meet specified characteristics and testing requirements, and the technical proposal must demonstrate the manufacturing plan, capabilities, and design modification implementation plan. The contractor is responsible for supplying these instruments in accordance with IDIQ terms and conditions.
