Government Description
Project: savannah river site facilities construction and maintenance IDIQ. The scope of work includes a broad range of facility construction, maintenance, and repair projects, requiring contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform work in accordance with solicitation terms and task order statements of work (SOWS). Construction-trade projects may include new construction or renovation work on buildings, restrooms, pavilions, docks/piers, and administrative buildings, as well as multi-disciplinary new construction, historic renovation, repair/remodeling/rehabilitation, remediation, and demolition. Tasks may encompass site work, drainage, utility systems, painting, repair/replacement of sidings, stairs, doors, flooring installation, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, inspections, energy audits, infrastructure assessments, cost estimating services, drafting, and 24-HOUR emergency response.
